You’re Invited: the 18th Central Eurasian Partners Mission Conference — Ustroń, 9–11 October 2026
We would love to invite you to the 18th annual Central Eurasian Partners (CEP) mission conference, taking place in the beautiful town of Ustroń, in the Polish hills, over the weekend of 9–11 October 2026 (from Friday dinner at 6 pm through Sunday lunch at 1 pm).
YOU are warmly invited — this is an open conference for anyone interested in mission. It’s a chance to meet committed, wise and experienced mission-minded people from the Central and Eastern European region, to hear how God is working through a wide variety of creative, Kingdom-oriented mission projects, to build friendships, and to inspire one another to keep Jesus as our highest treasure in life — and to serve Him more effectively in our own contexts.

- Discover how these organisations share the Gospel in creative, holistic and culturally relevant ways — through church planting, discipleship, education, family support, humanitarian aid, youth ministry, media, and many other initiatives.

- Build friendships with experienced Christian leaders, missionaries and ministry partners passionate about seeing God’s Kingdom grow.

Venue and programme
The conference will be held at Solis Ustroń, a spectacularly located conference centre on a quiet hillside at the edge of the woods, with a beautiful view over the valley and the Czech/Polish hills.
The stay is all-inclusive: comfortable lodging, full board, a stimulating programme, and coffee & snack breaks. Evening drinks at the bar are an optional extra.
The cost of the weekend will be announced in due course. Last year it was PLN 590 / GBP 120 / EUR 140 / USD 150 per person. There is a supplement for single rooms, of which there is a limited number.
Getting there
Transportation costs are covered separately by each participant. There are cheap flights by Ryanair or Wizzair to Wrocław, which is logistically the easiest option for us — you could also fly via Bratislava/Vienna, Kraków or Katowice. Where possible, we can help with transport from Wrocław to the conference centre, and with free accommodation in Wrocław before or after the conference.
Supporting our Eastern partners
We hope to have a significant Ukrainian contingent, who are doing a great ministry but are particularly needy in the current circumstances, as well as our Belarusian partners, if they are able to obtain visas. If you would like to sponsor someone’s attendance — or need sponsorship yourself — please let us know.
We would love for at least one representative from every partner organisation to attend, preferably more.
Previous CEP conferences have led to lasting friendships, new ministry initiatives and fruitful partnerships. We cannot manufacture these connections — God does — but we need to be there to meet one another.
